850nm Near-Infrared (NIR) light operates on a scientifically proven biological process known as Photobiomodulation (PBM). Unlike UV rays that damage the skin, or visible light that only reaches the surface, 850nm invisible light penetrates deep into the body to trigger cellular regeneration at the mitochondrial level.
Here is the step-by-step mechanism of how 850nm light promotes skin health and healing:
1. Deep Tissue Penetration
Visible red light (e.g., 630nm) is excellent for surface-level skin rejuvenation.
